I’ve been doing Full Of Christmas Spirit Probably Bourbon shirt . Crossfit for less than a year yet for sure this year I’ve felt more ability snowboarding than ever. Endurance has been way better. Strength in legs is way up. No joke! Better for ski, and pretty much anything you love to do!
